Abstract

The article deals with the nature and content of the entrepreneurial spirit of capitalism, and its influence on the formation and development of the capitalist system of XX-XXI centuries. The author, relying on the work of Max Weber, reveals the religious, educational, social and genetic background of phenomena of entrepreneurship and competition, and also explains how the Spirit of Capitalism connects and harmonizes opposed economic interests of the subjects of the capitalist system. The paper presents an attempt to combine Weber's theory of capitalist spirit with a basis of Marx's economic doctrine.

Main focus of the interview focused in the Russian food services market, where Rostik Group has more succeeded, namely, in fastfood segment and domestic restaurants segment.

Abstract

Sea transport junction's activity as well as activity of sea transport junction's companies are considered in the article. The researching of this question is done under the process approach, which explains the activity of the junction and it's companies in the context of business process. Based on the results done, author comes to the conclusion, that today the necessity to consider the sea transport junction as an institute of partner relationships, regulating process activity through the cooperation between companies is actualized. It will raise as junction's as it's companies competitiveness due to personification the relations with service buyers as well as synergetic effect from inter companies interaction.

Abstract

The article offers a method of assessing the competitiveness of enterprises, taking into account the resource using efficiency and fully reflects the entrepreneurial activity of its leadership. There is a justification of expediency of practical application of methods for determining the effectiveness of marketing activities of enterprises, allowing to take account of many factors that affect their incomes.

Abstract

One of the methods for the manufacturing enterprise competitive advantages receiving is cost saving. Possibility for the enterprise to reduce its costs is in many respects defined by relations construction with suppliers. The pros and cons of the decentralized and centralized models of purchase process are estimated in the article. Some measures concerning the reduction of negative factors influence and management optimization are offered here. Such measures are directed on efficiency and transparency increasing of purchasing activity that finally promotes growth of the enterprise competitiveness.

The article proposes to use for universities the term «unfair competitive behavior» to refer a number of strategies that form the local relative competitive advantage by reducing costs for ensure the quality of education, by restrictions on competition in local educational markets, and otherwise directing the universities to ignore the social and educational functions.

Abstract

In article the basic features of development of competitive relations in sphere of the average general education are investigated. Competition directions what, according to the author, are rivalry of educational institutions for budgetary financing, for the off-budget means received from rendering of additional paid educational services, for the public status and, as consequence, additional financing at the expense of means of welfare funds and sponsors are concretized; rivalry in the teacher's environment; rivalry of consumers of educational services for «a place at the best school» in the conditions of absence of deficiency of places in educational institutions.
