Предпринимательские намерения студентов: концепция и основные подходы к исследованию

Аннотация
В статье представлен анализ основных исследований предпринимательских намерений студентов, опубликованных в ведущих научных рецензируемых журналах по предпринимательству и малому бизнесу за период 1991-2015 гг. Изучение предпринимательских намерений играет важную роль в предсказании фактического предпринимательского поведения индивида, а годы студенчества являются жизненным этапом, на котором начинает формироваться отношение к предпринимательской деятельности. В результате проведенного анализа публикаций были определены три подхода к исследованию предпринимательских намерений студентов: личностный, поведенческий и контекстуальный. Результаты исследования показали, что в процессе развития концепции предпринимательских намерений фокус исследований смещается с изучения личности предпринимателя к изучению его поведения, и в дальнейшем - к исследованию контекстуальных факторов, связанных с предпринимательскими намерениями. Изучение экономической, институциональной и социо-культурной внешней среды, способствующей формированию предпринимательских намерений студентов, и проведение сравнительных и лонгитюдных исследований представляют собой возможные направления будущих исследований в области предпринимательских намерений студентов.
