Что мы знаем о молодых предпринимательских фирмах? Определения, характеристики и факторы,влияющие на их рост

Аннотация
В статье предпринята попытка систематизировать существующие знания о факторах, оказывающих влияние на рост молодых предпринимательских фирм, путем анализа 56 исследований в данной области. В рамках данной работы обсуждены основные определения и характеристики молодых фирм.На основе проведенного анализа литературы выделены следующие ключевые факторы влияния: бизнес-среда, включающая переменные отрасли и географические особенности; стратегия молодой компании и внутриорганизационные элементы, такие как характеристики, опыт и уровень компетенций предпринимателя или предпринимательской команды; ресурсы организации, ее способности и организационная структура. Безусловно, сила и характер воздействия каждого из них могут отличаться время от времени и зависеть от определенных обстоятельств, но факт их влияния очевиден по результатам изученных работ.В результате проведенного анализа определены имеющиеся пробелы в эмпирических исследованиях, что позволило сформулировать перспективные направления будущих исследований.
