THE CONSOLIDATION OF THE AIRPORT INDUSTRY : FOREIGN EXPERIENCE AND RUSSIAN PRACTICE

Abstract

From the middle of the 90th in the global airport industry is experiencing the development process of consolidation, as a result of mergers and acquisitions formed the major airport of the company. This article is devoted to the study of trends and forms of its manifestations abroad and in Russia.
