С середины 90-х годов прошлого века в мировой аэропортовой отрасли наблюдается развитие процессов консолидации, в результате процессов слияний и поглощений формируются крупные аэропортовые компании. Данная статья посвящена изучению этой тенденции и формам ее проявления за рубежом и в России.
