Abstract

The problem of improving the competitiveness of economies in post-war Europe was to find ways of combining the integration of various aspects of their life. The efficiency of this process was to overcome national legal conflicts of the Member States of European integration, maximizing the use of competitive advantages of their legal systems, which eventually led to the creation of a unique legal system committed the European Communities.
