Основные направления исследований роста фирмы: анализ литературы

Аннотация
Проблема выявления факторов, способствующих росту фирм, - ключевая в стратегическом менеджменте. Стабильный интерес со стороны академического сообщества, выражающийся в значительном числе публикаций, затрагивающих данную проблематику, свидетельствует о ее актуальности, несмотря на достаточную изученность. Цель данной статьи - выделение основных направлений исследований, посвященных изучению роста фирмы, опубликованных в ведущих международных журналах по менеджменту и предпринимательству в период с 1990 по 2016 г. На основе анализа 163 статей выделено четыре основных направления исследований роста фирмы: влияние личных характеристик предпринимателя на рост фирмы, влияние различного типа ресурсов, внутрифирменных характеристик, влияние факторов внешней среды. В каждом направлении проведено деление второго порядка в зависимости от фокуса публикации. На следующем уровне были выявлены направление, сила и характер влияния факторов, относящихся к каждой подгруппе, на рост фирм. Проведенная структуризация результатов научных исследований позволяет сформировать понимание современного этапа развития исследовательского поля и дает возможность обозначить направления дальнейшего развития исследований факторов роста фирм.
