Аннотация
В статье изучается генезис теории «голландской болезни». Исследуются причины возникновения и систематизируются основные симптомы «голландской болезни». Особое внимание уделено диагностированию наличия «голландской болезни» в России. Доказывается, что «голландская болезнь деиндустриализации» не всегда связана с добычей и экспортом природных ископаемых.
