Статья посвящена рассмотрению методологии прогнозирования бизнес-процессов в промышленности в современных экономических условиях, формируемых в результате цифровизации экономики. Анализируются подходы к обеспечению конкурентоспособности промышленных предприятий на основе прогнозирования развития бизнес-процессов. Представлена детализация бизнес-процессов при обеспечении последовательных бизнес-операций, направленных на развитие и постоянное улучшение для последующего их структурирования при интеграционных взаимодействиях субъектов экономической деятельности. Отмечается, что в результате применения цифровых решений при прогнозировании бизнес-процессов формировать цепочку добавленной стоимости в сфере материального производства можно по бизнес-операциям создания продукции и в рамках предоставления услуг. Уровень конкурентоспособности зависит от модели взаимодействия хозяйствующих субъектов. И если раньше наиболее популярной была кластерная модель, отражающая уровень региональной конкурентоспособности, то с появлением промышленных экосистем конкурентное преимущество складывается за счет формирования результативных экономических отношений в условиях экосистемного взаимодействия, выходящего за рамки региона. В результате проведенного исследования предложено ввести новое понятие «экосистемное преимущество» как аналог конкурентного преимущества, основой которого являются партнерские взаимоотношения субъектов хозяйственной деятельности, когда предприятия-участники получают большую отдачу от взаимодействия посредством интеграции бизнес-процессов в экосистеме, что влияет на повышение конкурентоспособности и снижение издержек при производстве продукции. Предложено при прогнозировании бизнес-процессов в условиях экосистемного взаимодействия определять интеграционные процессы по основным и поддерживающим бизнес-процессам предприятий, входящих в промышленную экосистему, с учетом их роли в формировании конкурентных преимуществ и приоритетов национальных программ.
The article is devoted to the consideration of the methodology for forecasting business processes in industry in the modern economic conditions formed as a result of the digitalization of the economy. Approaches to ensuring the competitiveness of industrial enterprises based on forecasting the development of business processes are analyzed. The article presents a detailed description of business processes in ensuring consistent business operations aimed at development and continuous improvement for their subsequent structuring in the integration interactions of economic entities. It is noted that as a result of the application of digital solutions, when forecasting business processes, it is possible to form a value chain in the field of material production according to business operations for the creation of products and within the framework of the provision of services. The level of competitiveness depends on the model of interaction between economic entities. And if earlier the most popular was the cluster model, reflecting the level of regional competitiveness, then with the advent of industrial ecosystems, a competitive advantage is formed due to the formation of effective economic relations in the context of ecosystem interaction that goes beyond the region. As a result of the conducted research, it is proposed to introduce a new concept of “ecosystem” advantage as an analogue of competitive advantage, the basis of which is the partnership of business entities, when participating enterprises receive greater returns from interaction through the integration of business processes in the ecosystem, which affects the increase in competitiveness and reduction of costs in the production of products. It is proposed to determine the integration processes for the main and supporting business processes of the set of industrial enterprises included in the industrial ecosystem when forecasting business processes in the conditions of ecosystem interaction, taking into account their role in the formation of competitive advantages. The results of the study reflected in the article will allow enterprises to determine the key development factors within the framework of the implemented strategy and priorities for increasing the competitiveness of industry, presented in national program documents.
