Рассматриваются теоретико-методические положения по оценке конкурентоспособности системы обслуживания клиентов при выплате страховых возмещений, представлены показатели оценки конкурентоспособности системы урегулирования убытков в стра- ховой компании. На основе методов экспертных оценок определены оценочные шкалы указанных показателей. В формализованном виде представлен интегральный показатель конкурентоспособности функционирования системы. На основе разработанной методики проведена оценка конкурентоспособности системы урегулирования убытков одной из оте- чественных страховых компаний, функционирующих на региональном рынке страховых услуг Тюменской области.
This article discusses the theoretical and methodical provisions for assessing the effectiveness of customer service system in paying insurance compensations, presented indicators to assess the effectiveness of the system of settlement of losses in the insurance company. On the basis of expert estimates defined evaluation scale specified indicators. In a formalized the integrated indi- cator of system performance. On the basis of the developed technique the assessment of system effectiveness of settlement of losses of one of the domestic insurance companies functioning in the regional market of insurance services of the Tyumen region is carried out.
