Гармо- низация национального режима стандартов и госзакупок с нормами ВТО усиливает кон- куренцию на национальном рынке, очень долго пользовавшемся «тепличным» режимом протекционизма. Это касается в основном гражданского производства.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article deals with the system of public procurement, standards and technology audit as tools to enhance efficiency of the national economy on the basis of selection of the most competitive suppliers of goods and services. Harmonization of national standards and public procurement regime with WTO rules increases competition in the domestic market, that has been using for a very long time the «greenhouse» regime of protectionism. This mainly concerns civil proceedings.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>конкуренция</kwd><kwd>государственные закупки</kwd><kwd>механизм стандартизации</kwd><kwd>технический регламент</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>competition</kwd><kwd>government procurement</kwd><kwd>mechanism of standardization</kwd><kwd>Technical Regulations</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Яковлев А.
