Не всякая помощь государства, предоставленная предприятиям, искажает конкуренцию, в связи с этим определение объeма малозначительной помощи является одной из важ- нейших задач при внедрении механизма контроля над государственной помощью.

Not every state aid granted to undertakings distorts competition; in regard with this the establishment of the minimis amount is one of the most important problems while implementing the mechanism of control over the state aid.
