В данной статье рассматривается феномен фирм-«газелей» (компаний, демонстрирую- щих быстрый и постоянный рост в течение продолжительного периода времени). Автор раскрывает особенности их развития и причины отклонений от общих тенденций, сло- жившихся в аналогичных компаниях в развитых экономиках. В статье содержатся конкретные примеры, которые по результатам анкетирования пред- принимателей выявляют причины экспоненциального роста фирм-«газелей».
