Статья посвящена исследованию организационно-экономического механизма обеспечения устойчивой конкурентоспособности предприятия в условиях цифровой трансформации экономики. Цель исследования – разработка организационно-экономического механизма для обеспечения устойчивой конкурентоспособности предприятия в условиях цифровых преобразований рыночной среды. В ходе изучения вопроса о создании механизма применялись такие подходы, как анализ, систематизация, индукция. В статье анализируются различные научные работы, которые посвящены недавно появившейся концепции, связанной с обеспечением стабильной конкурентоспособности. В результате проведенного исследования выявлено, что вопрос устойчивой конкурентоспособности предприятия не был тщательно и подробно изучен. Это создает значительные пробелы в данной области науки. В работе подчеркивается необходимость разработки такого механизма, который способствовал бы точечному и мягкому совершенствованию хозяйствующего субъекта, позволяя безболезненно адаптироваться и оперативно трансформироваться к текущим экономическим реалиям. К основным результатам исследования можно отнести следующие: 1) представлена визуализация функционирования механизма в контексте модели обеспечения устойчивой конкурентоспособности предприятия, в ней ключевое значение имеет логичное применение структурных звеньев, от которых зависит конкурентоспособность в условиях цифровой трансформации экономики; 2) установлено, что структура организационно-экономического механизма, обеспечивающего устойчивую конкурентоспособность предприятия, должна оставаться стабильной. При этом методы обеспечения конкурентоспособности могут варьироваться в зависимости от специфических характеристик развития хозяйствующих субъектов, что делает этот инструментарий адаптивным в условиях постоянных трансформаций экономической среды. Научно-практическая ценность исследования заключается в разработке набора инструментов и методов, которые были интегрированы в единую систему для эффективного стратегического управления компанией. Это помогает снизить негативное влияние внешних факторов на бизнес в условиях цифровой трансформации.
The article is devoted to the study of the organizational and economic mechanism for ensuring the sustainable competitiveness of an enterprise in the context of the digital transformation of the economy. The purpose of the research is to develop an organizational and economic mechanism to ensure the sustainable competitiveness of an enterprise in the context of digital transformations of the market environment. In the course of studying the issue of creating a mechanism, such approaches as analysis, systematization, and induction were used. The article analyzes various scientific papers that are devoted to a recently emerged concept related to ensuring stable competitiveness. As a result of the conducted research, it was revealed that the issue of sustainable competitiveness of the enterprise has not been thoroughly and in detail studied. This creates significant gaps in this field of science. The paper emphasizes the need to develop a mechanism that would facilitate the targeted and gentle improvement of an economic entity, allowing it to adapt painlessly and quickly transform to the current economic realities. The main results of the study include: 1) visualization of the mechanism functioning in the context of the model of ensuring sustainable competitiveness of the enterprise is presented. It is of key importance for the logical application of the structural links on which competitiveness depends in the context of the digital transformation of the economy; 2) it is established that the structure of the organizational and economic mechanism ensuring sustainable competitiveness of the enterprise must remain stable. At the same time, the methods of ensuring competitiveness may vary depending on the specific characteristics of the development of economic entities, which makes this toolkit adaptive in the face of constant transformations of the economic environment. The scientific and practical value of the research lies in the development of a set of tools and methods that have been integrated into a single system for effective strategic management of the company. This helps to reduce the negative impact of external factors on business in the context of digital transformation.
