В работе предложен взгляд на предпринимательство как элемент экономической системы, объединяющий всех субъектов экономической безопасности личности – государство, бизнес, человека. Экономическая безопасность личности выступает важнейшей составной частью жизнедеятельности человека и одновременно элементом национальной экономической безопасности и критерием эффективного функционирования экономической системы. Изучение основных элементов и угроз экономической безопасности личности, влияющих на нее факторов представляется актуальной темой для исследований, поскольку служит основой для выработки эффективной государственной политики, направленной на повышение уровня экономической безопасности личности и качества жизни населения. В обеспечении достаточного уровня экономической безопасности личности заметную роль играет не только социальная политика государства, но и активная стратегия экономического поведения самого индивида, а также тенденции развития бизнеса и предпринимательской среды в целом. Целью настоящей работы является изучение роли предпринимательства в обеспечении экономической безопасности личности через решение ряда задач, таких как определение сущностных характеристик экономической безопасности личности и основных направлений ее обеспечения; выявление механизмов влияния предпринимательства на уровень экономической безопасности личности и возникающих при этом проблем. В качестве методологического аппарата в процессе исследования использовались общенаучные методы познания, такие как анализ и синтез, индукция и дедукция, а также социологические и статистические методы. В результате исследования установлено, что предпринимательство выступает заметным фактором в системе обеспечения экономической безопасности личности, в статье описан механизм его влияния на личную экономическую безопасность, в первую очередь через воздействие на трудовую занятость, доход, возможности для самореализации, а также через развитие предпринимательских компетенций, необходимых для повышения экономической грамотности индивида и его конкурентоспособности в экономической системе. Автором предложены направления дальнейших исследований по теме.
The paper proposes a view of entrepreneurship as an element of the economic system, uniting all subjects of the economic security of a person – the state, business, and man. The economic security of a person is the most important component of human life and at the same time an element of national economic security and a criterion for the effective functioning of the economic system. The study of the main elements and threats to the economic security of a person, the factors influencing it seems to be a relevant topic for research, since it serves as the basis for the development of an effective state policy aimed at improving the level of economic security of a person and the quality of life of the population. In ensuring a sufficient level of economic security of a person, not only the social policy of the state plays a significant role, but also the active strategy of the economic behavior of a person himself, as well as the development trends of business and the business environment as a whole. The purpose of this work is to study the role of entrepreneurship in ensuring the economic security of a person through the solution of a number of tasks, such as: determining the essential characteristics of the economic security of a person and the main directions of its provision; identification of mechanisms of influence of entrepreneurship on the level of economic security of a person and the problems that arise in this case. General scientific methods of cognition, such as analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, as well as sociological and statistical methods, were used as a methodological apparatus in the research process. The study found that entrepreneurship is a significant factor in the system of ensuring the economic security of a person, the article describes the mechanism of its influence on personal economic security, primarily through the impact on employment, income, opportunities for self-realization, as well as through the development of entrepreneurial competencies, necessary to improve the economic literacy of a person and his competitiveness in the economic system. The author suggests directions for further research on the topic.
